Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For multiple appointment services, ½ of the total fee is due at the beginning of treatment. The remaining balance can be portioned over the following appointments. Final payment is due prior to completion of your case. Extended treatment may require special arrangements, which can be addressed during treatment planning with our office manager.
We prefer to deliver the high quality of care you deserve, so we are not in network with any insurance companies, due to the limitations of their fee schedules. This means the insurance company will reimburse you, the insured, directly. In this case, insurance companies are more responsive to direct patient contact. We are happy to assist with filing insurance claims. Our office manager will be glad to help with any insurance or payment related questions.
